Hi everyone !
I am still in the South of France until tomorrow, when I will drive to the mountain for another week of vacation. Let's cross fingers for some snow, it has been a warm winter... Sorry US fellows !
So before I cut myself from the web, I will show you a project I made long ago, with a sparkely birdcage bought last winter at Michaels and only BoBunny papers :
I cut the bird and the flowers (Flower Shoppe) with my Cricut Expression.
Not sure I will post something next week, but I will try once again to show you this lovely part of France called Vercors.
Have a great day !
You will find posts about scrapbooking, cardmaking, Mixed media, altered object, tags... anything about papercrafts and so much more.

Feeling Sketchy february layout
Hi everyone !
This will be my first layout contribution to the Felling Sketchy Challenge Blog !
Create a layout following the sketch and post it on the challenge blog and you could win some goodies ! Two winners will be chosen from all the February entries to win $30 prize pack from Molossi and 7 digital images from Bugaboo.
Background is a Colorbok paper. I used for the first time my brand new Lucky8 punch with white cardstock, and add washi tape (Recollections) underlined with blue glitter marker (American Crafts) under the edges. The small squares came from my (huge) stash of scraps (Recollections, K&Company, Bo Bunny, American Crafts, We R Memory Keepers...), and cut with 9 different decorative scissors. Flowers by K&Company, and chipboard letters by KI Memories.
One more page for my cruise scrapbook ! Yeah for me !
Have fun with the Feeling Sketchy sketch and see you soon...

New York in bloom ?
I know what you're thinking...This lady's skull probably meet at high speed the concrete floor. Or fever has taken over her mind... Nope. It's just the title of my layout. Come on ! It's a scrapbook blog ! What do you think it will be !
Last year I was in NY for few days with my daughters and we rent an apartment on the 28th with a friend coming from France. She's one of my oldest and dearest friend, and she's kind enough to meet me anywhere on the globe. So this time, it was NY, in Spring. The place was not really blooming, but my heart was for being with her, and we had a wonderful time there. So even if Central park was muddy and the town grayish, I wanted this layout to be warm and full of flowers.
I used papers from the Cherry Blossom collection by Recollections, cut out all the blooming branches from one sheet and draw the umbrella on another. I also cut out the frame with the bird. Sticko for the title.
This picture was taken inside the revolving restaurant "The View"on Broadway. We had desserts buffet for dinner...My daughter took the picture. She's not bad with a camera, I'm thinking Polaroid for her birthday...
Wish you a nice and warm day !

Draw and cut with a circular cutter
Hi everyone !
After two days of fever, I'm feeling well enough to reach my computer and show you something you can do with a circular cutter. That will be make also my first inspiration post for the Feeling Sketchy Challenge Blog.
I use the Martha Stewart cutter often, and I got the idea to draw circle with it using gel pen. Here is how in this short video (if you have smiled hearing me speaking French in my others video, I dare you to laugh at my French accent in this English one !) :
Instead of cutting the drawed circle, you can just leave it on your page and add several others for exemple.
I did use a gel pen to let the circular cutter clean. If you use a marker, it will stain it, and that will not be easy to clean...
Have fun with this trick, and see you soon !

Country girl layout
Hello y'all !
These days I liked very bright colors, and I have found a perfect collection for this mood : the Bohemian Bazaar collection by Graphic 45. Bright, damask, a hint of vintage : Love it ! Sad part : I used all my papers I got from that collection with no hope to find more here in Aberdeen... I will have to wait few months for my husband to travel and collect some for me.
Anyway, here is my layout, with Graphic 45 papers, My Mind's Eyes washi tape, white flower border sticker, and Thickers blue alpha.
I use the sketch from the "C'est Magnifique" February Sketch, so I will enter in this challenge. I know I will never win these challenges, my style doesn't fit, but I like their sketches so I keep playing...
The colors of my layout are a good fit for the Creative Embellishment Challenge, so I will enter this one too.
And because I like to play (and win if I can), I will try the Craft Hoaders Anonymous Challenge (it's their first challenge, so give it a try too) and the S.W.A.T. Happy Hump Day.

Let's craft for Valentine's
But why stay with red or pink ? I like to step out from traditional colors, as using black on Christmas card, so I choose purple and green for this Valentine's card :
Another Flonz manga stamp, Copics, Recollections ribbon and Prima Marketing lace, green paper by K&Company, purple paper by Bella Blvd, clear stamp by Making Memories with purple Colorbox ink.
I will enter this card in these challenges :
Sister Act card challenge
The Crazy Challenge #164
Kaboodle Doodles
Everybody Art Challenge
Paper Wings Productions
Have a beautiful day !
