Happy holidays layout

Hello there !

I created the following layout for a workshop I had recently. I used a paper pad from Michaels (you know, the ones you can have for $5 sometimes), and a ribbon, that's it !

You know my love for fussy cutting, so I cut out snowflakes from one of the sheets to add under the ribbon.

The pictures are in a really small size (2x3) to match the size of the journaling tags.

I made another layout matching this one, but I will show it to you another day... So be patient !

Thank you for stopping by and have a great day !

Mini Album Autumn Sunset

Hello !

How was your Thanksgiving week ? I had some free time, so i made a mini album with the Autumn Sunset collection by Prima Marketing...

I used chipboard to create the cover, and string to bind the pages. Beside the papers, I used distress ink, few punch or decorative scissors and that's it !

I made a very quick video to show this mini so watch it there or on my YouTube channel : BonjourScrapValerie :

Bee happy card

Hello !

Already back with another project, this time a card ! I used the digital files bundle Bee Happy to create it and it look so cute !

Using the hexagon cut, I create the holes in the white cardstock. I use the same cardstock for the backing, with Mustard seed oxide distress ink and Marmalade distress ink, plus some yellow glitter to give a honey effect.

The cute bees came from the files too, cut in black cardstock

How fun this card is ? Bonus : I used glitter !

Thank you for stopping by today. Hope to see you soon !

Create calendar pages with free digital cutting files

Hello fellows !

Back again with a project made with digital cutting files by Scrapbook.com. This time I made 3 calendar page for a 2020 calendar...

As we still are in the Fall season (don't believe those who are now in full Christmas mode), I started this calendar by making pages for the 3 Autumn months. I use for that papers and stickers from the Celebrate Autumn kit by Echo Park.

I made my pages in 6x6 so I only need 2 sheet of papers for these 3 pages. The calendar cut is at size 5.75'' and I cut the numbers, title and frame accordingly.
I added some stickers to decorate the pages, distress a little bit with Vintage Photo distress ink.
I used a repositionable adhesive for the frame so I can move it each day.

The calendar cutting files bundle is FREE for a limited time so go grab it when you still can !

Have fun create something with these files and see you soon for another project...

Advent calendar planner page

Hi there !

I'm still working on the December album I started some times ago. I made a planner page to go inside the binder, using digital cutting files to create a cute advent calendar :

So I cut with my machine the tree with openings, the backing of the tree, and all the small numbers ! There's also scoring lines on the file for the openings...
I used the papers from the Merry and Bright collection by Simple Stories : Simply Christmas and It's a wonderful life.

I choose some designs to stamp, color and cut before putting them behind the small doors : Merry mail and North Pole numbers by Scrapbook.com. You can see that I used the letter left over from my previous planner page for the title December.

It was very fun to create and it is a great addition to my binder !
Thank you for stopping by and have a great day !

December digital cutting files for a Christmas scrapbook

Hello everyone !

Halloween is behind us, and in a snap, Christmas will be here ! Talking about snap... Today's project is a SNAP holiday binder (Simple Stories) decorated on the front cover with a cut made with the brand new December digital files created by Scrapbook.com. Ialso cut a planner-liked page with the same files bundle...

Yes, I did some fussy cutting too... the flowers and leaves around the title are cut from one sheet of the Merry & Bright collection (Simple Stories). But I let my Scan-n-Cut do the cutting for the title !
I did adjust the length and high of the file on my computer so it can fit perfectly the binder... I made the cut into the dark green paper for the title and the light green for the shadow.

In the dark green paper, I also cut a planner page for the binder.

The binder is filled with pages, tags and pocket, plus several pocket pages, so it will be easy to create a complete Christmas album quickly !

If you like the cuts I made, the digital bundle is on sale now at $2.99 instead of $6.00 ! The bundle content 24 zipped files in both .SVG and .PNG format to use with your cutting machine, that includes 2 design for pocket page cards, 2 for planner page dashboards, and 8 designs for the December sentiment. That's a lot to play with !

Thank you for stopping by today, hope to see you soon for another project...
